Design a Learning Organization Where
People Want to Work!
Today’s transactional business culture works to reduce the very social connections that enable high-performance teams. Yet it is the organizations that defy this norm that are the positive outliers that others benchmark.
We put together a selection of workshops, keynotes, process consultation, and one-on-one coaching to help you develop your people while developing yourself as a coach.
Let’s create a culture where people look forward to work each day in pursuit of creating insanely great experiences for you and your customers!
Design Your Learning Organization
-
Organizational Transformation
Cultural transformations commonly plateau after a few years, or worse, fail completely as the latest “flavor of the month.” We work with leadership teams to develop people through first principles thinking and joy and scale the desired culture throughout the organization.
We would love to learn about your vision, where you are in your journey, and what challenges you may be facing.
-
Process Redesign (3P)
We develop people by solving real problems with your current product or process using first principles design thinking. We have experience with products ranging from analytical instruments to industrial scissor lifts, and work flows ranging from factory work cells to emergency departments, cancer centers, and outpatient medical centers.
Learn more about the process on Mark’s blog here.

Keynotes, Workshops, Tours
Workshops are highly interactive, frame the “next step” for the participants, and you may elect on-site follow ups for organizational transformations.
We also facilitate executive retreats and lead tours of learning organizations with the goal of understanding the first principles underlying the tools of high-performance teams. See some of the popular topics below or let us know your current condition.

Individual Coaching
Leadership is hard. We believe it should never be a solo journey. We partner with business owners and senior leaders looking for a collaborative “pair partner” to navigate the next steps of their journey.
If you are a small business owner and costs are a concern, contact us regarding an opportunity to pair up with other small business owners to split the costs and gain an additional “pair partner.”

When establishing a learning organization, a common challenge faced by leaders/mentors/coaches is maintaining the motivation of the learner to enthusiastically continue the transformational process. We partner and challenge organizational leaders to understand coaching with the intent of building, rather than diminishing, the motivation of the learner by building on understanding of the fundamental psychological needs inherent in all people.
Together, we will also explore common failure modes as to how teachers and coaches lose the interest of students over time, discuss countermeasures to these obstacles, and practice proven engagement techniques.
